I didn’t know much about beauty products when @maccosmetics reached out to me in August 2015. Shortly after, our exchanges became an interesting conversation on perception, beauty, and empowerment. With this new make-up collection, M-A-C Comestics continues to celebrate artistry through its culture of collaborating with artists. In fact, they gave me complete freedom to create this exclusive collection. I hope to inspire trendsetters and individualists not only to unleash their own inner creativity but to use beauty and colour to change their perception of the world. I named the products after my wife, my daughter, and women who inspired some of my works such as the Brazilian poet Gabriela Torres Barbosa. There is also references to places where I painted around the world and more importantly, to my home country of Tunisia. The collection launches tomorrow in the Middle East and on April 1st worlwide #macxelseed #paintyourworld #cicero #teboulbou
